This hotel was acquired by a family-owned company, operating multiple hotels in North Carolina.

The project consisted of a complete RENOVATION, including 100 rooms and baths, lobby, public spaces, breakfast area, and exterior design. The project was completed in 20 weeks, on time and within the original budget.
