I had the pleasure of working with Geoff and Laura during our 2019 HGI Guest room renovation. Geoff and Laura were very accommodating, professional and very detailed. Every day one of them will attend my morning huddle to keep us updated on the daily task and/or completions. They made it easy for me to proactively prepare instead of being reactive. If you are looking for a highly skilled team/company I would recommend using them. I loved working with them!

This is to express my appreciation for the outstanding work Geoff and LHG did my recent hotel renovation. The job was meticulously planned and constantly communicated.

Geoff was on-site for the majority of all the construction phases and even did some of the “heavy lifting,” both figuratively and literally. When there were bumps in the road, he was quick to address them and it didn’t seem like we missed a beat. In the hotel business, rooms are “THE” revenue source. Having a hotelier like Geoff allowed us to sell rooms while in the midst of the construction, especially while the whole lobby was getting a facelift. Staying on an aggressive scheduled allowed us to get our rooms back sooner.

I’d recommend LHG to any owner who wants their renovation done right, on time, and on budget.

Having Geoff on property to get us thru the renovation was incredibly valuable. Because Geoff’s background included working the front desk, cleaning rooms, and being a GM, he knew what we needed during the renovation to make sure the hotel operated properly. Decisions he made had our management and bottom line in mind, and he communicated clearly to us daily.

What impressed me the most was he constantly included the guest’s interests throughout the project. Geoff became a friend and at the end of the project, we hated to see him leave as he became a part of our team.

With Geoff’s hospitality background and treating our project as if he were the owner, I couldn’t imagine doing another project without him.

I have known Geoff for 20 Years. He joined Gateway Hospitality in 1999 as a front desk clerk, and through the years promoted him through all the ranks, including regional management. He became an integral part of our company’s growth as he played a key role in the renovations, conversions and development.

He is as dedicated to his work than most anyone you could think of. He’s been successful at anything and everything in the hospitality business. Geoff is also a friend, a person of high integrity, and someone I would recommend to anyone needing assistance in the hospitality industry.

I worked with Geoff when he was running hotels for Gateway Hospitality. I found him to be very dedicated and loyal to his hotel and to the hospitality industry, including the Choice brand.

As a past board member on CHOC (Choice Hotels Owners Council), Geoff was an advocate for hotel owners on a national platform. His hard work a few years ago earned him a very prestigious Choice award, the Sleep Inn of the Year.

He’s been very successful over the years and certainly knows the industry from all sides. He would be a great asset to anyone needing assistance in the industry.

The LHG team went above and beyond expectations.  Their communication was key on my project and with proper communication we were able to finish on time and within budget.  They stayed with me until the end and still today I can call them as needed and they are always happy to help.  It was a great project with Geoff and Laura.

I hired LHG to help with the procurement and manage my project.  At the time I had several other business ventures I was focused on and needed help with ensuring my Hampton got completed and closed out with Hilton.  Geoff and his team took control of the project, kept it on track, communicated and handled the procurement, managed the contractor, and communicated / closed out the PIP with Hilton.  It was turnkey and I definitely would work with them on future projects.

We have completed two large and successful projects with Linked Hospitality.  They took the roll of a full turn key project and delivered on my expectations.  The turnkey process allowed my team to focus on our portfolio of hotels to ensure we maintained market share and solid operations.  Having Geoff and Laura as hotel owners themselves allowed us to have trust that they were making decisions as an extension of our ownership, guests and brand needs.  They understand the ROI, revenue and guest needs and work hard to exceed those needs.
