This is to express my appreciation for the outstanding work Geoff and LHG did my recent hotel renovation. The job was meticulously planned and constantly communicated.
Geoff was on-site for the majority of all the construction phases and even did some of the “heavy lifting,” both figuratively and literally. When there were bumps in the road, he was quick to address them and it didn’t seem like we missed a beat. In the hotel business, rooms are “THE” revenue source. Having a hotelier like Geoff allowed us to sell rooms while in the midst of the construction, especially while the whole lobby was getting a facelift. Staying on an aggressive scheduled allowed us to get our rooms back sooner.
I’d recommend LHG to any owner who wants their renovation done right, on time, and on budget.

Having Geoff on property to get us thru the renovation was incredibly valuable. Because Geoff’s background included working the front desk, cleaning rooms, and being a GM, he knew what we needed during the renovation to make sure the hotel operated properly.
